Desislava Koleva

Desislava (Desi) is the bubbly receptionist at Tenth Church. She finds joy in serving the diverse and vibrant community of staff, volunteers, and guests who pass through the doors of Tenth. Desi feels blessed to have the opportunity to connect with people from all walks of life and delights in witnessing God's plan unfold in the lives of those around her.

In her leisure time, she enjoys exploring different cultures through travel and learning foreign languages. Desi loves listening to the soothing voice of the waves while walking on the beach with her husband, Yang, at sunset. Whether it's the delicate cherry blossoms or the majestic mountain landscapes of Vancouver, she sees God's presence in the stunning beauty of creation. On rainy days, she cherishes a good read accompanied by a hot cup of tea.
