JustBags is more than a bag—it is a story of hope, dignity, and transformation.
Rooted in Tenth’s call to live justly and love our global neighbours, JustBags creates and sells handmade bags, accessories, and Christmas decorations that provide sustainable employment and empowerment to marginalized Cambodians.
In Cambodia, many men and women face systemic poverty, limited access to education, and the ongoing risk of exploitation. JustBags partners with VillageWorks, a Cambodian social enterprise that trains and employs mostly women—all of whom come from vulnerable backgrounds including disability, poverty, and rural displacement. These women are artisans, mothers, and changemakers.
When you support JustBags, you’re not just purchasing a product—you’re investing in:
• Fair wages and dignified work
• Skill development and leadership training
• Freedom from cycles of exploitation
• A global network of justice-minded consumers
"What does the Lord require of you but to act justly, to love mercy, and to walk humbly with your God?" —Micah 6:8
Here is our new line of JustBags products:
1. JustBags - We’ve transformed polyester street banners from Vancouver’s Marpole neighbourhood into one-of-a-kind shopping bags and cellphone holders—durable, practical, and stylish. People are already calling them “very Vancouverite,” perfectly capturing our city’s love for sustainability, creativity, and caring for creation.
2. Christmas Decorations - Inspired by O Holy Night, this new line features bold Christmas ornaments and vibrant stockings, each celebrating an Advent theme: Hope • Love • Peace • Joy
3. LunchBags - This year, we are offering a limited number of denim lunch bags lined with waterproof material repurposed from fish-feed sacks—functional, durable, and beautifully designed.
