Hannah Wong

Fun fact: Hannah first joined Tenth as a summer intern in the Missions department. She’s thrilled to serve with a church that cares deeply about justice, its surrounding neighbourhood, and responding intentionally to community needs.

She holds a BA in Intercultural Studies with a focus on Community Development. Though she once imagined her work would take her abroad, God instead rooted her in Vancouver, giving her opportunities to serve and explore the unceded territories of the Musqueam, Tsleil-Waututh, Squamish, and Kwikwetlem peoples, where she was also born and raised.

On weekends, you’ll likely find Hannah sharing a meal with friends or wandering a forest trail (sometimes getting a little lost along the way). At home, she’s probably reading a book or cooking dinner far too late—and snacking to make up for it.
