I am not sure how 2019 will unfold, but what I do know is that God will continually be at work in making His great name known in our city of Vancouver and in the nations of the world through His people.
For me in 2019, one of my main dreams is to see more Tenth people awaken and unleashed in their calling to use their skills and experiences to declare God's glory and His marvelous works among all peoples, near and far.
Maybe 2019 will be a year of going deeper with Jesus, when we take more time aside to wait in the presence of God and listen to His invitation to declare His glory and discern that that means for us.
Regardless, however 2019 rolls out, I pray that this will be a year of God's favour in our relationships, our vocation and our communities.
Just in case Jesus is inviting you to be part of one our Justice Journeys, check out tenth.ca/journeys. The Company Brunch attendees (quarterly brunch around business as mission topics) were greatly encouraged to hear from the Oct/Nov 2018 Cambodia Justice Journey team, which helped our partners brainstorm and develop sustainable business plans for their ministry.
Peace and prayer in 2019!
