Father's Day

Today is Father’s Day and we are in the middle of Refugee Friendship Month at Tenth.  At Tenth Church, June is a month when we stand in solidarity with the global community as we celebrate the strength and courage of people who have been forced to flee their home countries, escaping conflict or persecution. This is an occasion to build empathy and understanding, but especially a time to build relationship.  Since friendship and welcome are critical in the refugee settlement process, perhaps God is inviting you to help fulfill the statement, I was a stranger and you welcomed me. ·
