Church services allowed to continue under new BC Health Orders (Nov. 7). We are open for services with health & safety protocols and 50 person limit.
Dr. Bonnie Henry has announced new Covid-19 restrictions for the Vancouver Coastal Health and Fraser Health regions for a two-week period from November 7 - 23.
While Dr. Henry has said there are to be no social gatherings of any size with anyone besides your immediate household, the restrictions DO NOT apply to religious gatherings, so long as physical distancing can be maintained, and gatherings remain under 50 people.
We have been following the Provincial Health Guidelines from the start and will continue to do so. Health and Safety protocols are in place at all of our services and we limit all our gatherings to 50 people. Watch parties and in-person life groups are considered social gatherings under this new provincial health order and will be suspended or will meet online.
Oasis Cafe and the Extreme Weather Response (EWR) Shelter will remain open under existing Covid-19 protocols.
