Cambodia has been at the heart of Tenth Global’s mission for nearly two decades. What began as a response to injustice has grown into a long-term partnership rooted in trust, presence, and mutual learning.
Cambodia is a nation marked by resilience - emerging from generations of trauma, poverty, and systemic inequality. We believe God has been at work in Cambodia for a long time, and we seek to join him in what he is already doing. Our calling is not to lead from the outside, but to walk alongside Cambodian leaders as they pursue healing, dignity, and lasting change within their own communities.

How We Partner
Leadership Development
We invest in leaders of leaders through mentoring, spiritual direction, and formation that is culturally rooted and spiritually grounded. Cambodian leaders are best positioned to discern what their communities need most.
Redemptive Work & Enterprise
Through curated strategic partnerships, we support dignified employment that provides fair wages, safe workplaces, and skill development particularly for women vulnerable to exploitation. We believe business is a powerful expression of faith and justice.
Justice Through Relationship
Complex challenges including poverty, trafficking, displacement, and corruption require patient, relational responses. We choose presence over quick solutions, standing with our partners in both seasons of hope and hardship.
Justice Journeys & Community Engagement
Through Justice Journeys, prayer gatherings, and storytelling, we invite the Tenth community into deeper relationship with Cambodia not as rescuers, but as learners, companions and encouragers.
