Hope House

Zak is a missionary we support in Cambodia who works with Extreme Love. Their mission is to peruse social justice and restore destiny through outreach,
events, advocacy, business, community development, and Gospel ministry.  

Hope House is a safe house Zak is overseeing, that provides a safe home and family support for 15 children who have been rescued from human trafficking. In some cases, the birth families of these children don’t have the financial means to support and raise their child, so they are at risk of being sold to traffickers by their parents.

As Zak and his team intercept these children and welcome them into Hope House, they are met with compassion and love from the family that has been created and brought together through Christ’s goodness. Over the past year, Hope House has endured a large flood, a large fire, as well as some COVID infections. We are praising God for His grace and continued provisions as they faithfully continue to demonstrate the abundant love of Christ through this home.

A passage Zak shared as an encouragement is Isaiah 43:2. It says, “When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and when you pass through the rivers, they will not sweep over you. When you walk through the. Fire, you will not be burned; the flames will not set you ablaze.”

May we rest our hope in God alone.
