First Thing

The first thing I want you to do is pray.  Pray every way you know how, for everyone you know.  Pray especially for rulers and their governments to rule well so that we can be quietly about our business of living simply in humble contemplation. This is the way our Saviour God wants us to live. 1 Timothy 1:1-3 Message

Here are 5 items for your prayer consideration: 

1. China: The church in China's light to shine amid sickness and adversity in China and Hong Kong.
2. Cambodia: So much to pray for with our 10 partners. Pray for the leaders of all our partners to grow deeper in their relationship with God as the lead out of the grace and power that God provides. Pray for the right team to form for our October Justice Journey. 
3. Mexico: Pray for Rancho El Camino as they prepare to host our Tenth team during Spring Break. May our team be a blessing as we serve one another in love.
4. Middle East:  Peace and protection in Lebanon where our Partner FEAL is based. Two of our FEAL leaders in Lebanon are coming to Toronto in June, and we are hoping to bring them to Vancouver for us to learn from. 
5. Refugees:  Pray for one of our new refugees who is having a difficult time adjusting to Canada and misses family back home.
