Welcome to our new East Van Site Pastor!

We are pleased to announce that Mike Bennett will be joining our Tenth East Van community to serve as Site Pastor.  Mike is married to Kleanza and they have four children (ages 14-22) and one son-in-law. Mike will be starting Monday, Feb 13.  

Most recently, Mike has been serving as a pastor at Granville Chapel. He has also worked with Intervarsity Christian Fellowship for 12 years, including 8 on the UBC campus where he focused on International Students and staff leadership. The Bennetts also served in Zambia as development workers for 3 years with the Mennonite Central Committee where Mike was a Secondary School science teacher and Kleanza supported orphan care. Mike is a certified coach.

We are deeply grateful to our search and discernment committee for the countless hours of time they invested in this thorough and thoughtful process.
