We are hosting a reusable bag drive for Kits Cares! On January 1, 2022, the City of Vancouver issued a plastic bag ban. Though Kits Cares is considered an essential service, and therefore exempt from this by-law, we still want to do our part in reducing single-use items.

Sustainability and creation care is important to Tenth Church. God is the creator of Earth, and we have a responsibility, as people living on Earth, to care for creation. For Kits Cares, we hope to encourage guests to bring their own bag and to provide reusable bags for those without. We invite you to join us as we work towards being good stewards of creation.  

When sharing reusable bags, we ask they be:

  • Clean
  • In good condition 

We are collecting bags on Sunday March 5, Sunday March 12, and Sunday March 19. To drop off your donation, look for the collection bin at the welcome table.
