Hooked On To Jesus | Older Kids

Merry Christmas, Tenth Kids! In this advent season, join our guest teachers Pearl and Ava as they introduce our December theme "The Presence of God: With Us", and follow along in the video with your Activity Boxes! If you do not have an Activity Box yet, you may register for one here. 

LESSON OBJECTIVES

KIDS WILL:

• Be introduced to our theme, memory verse song, and ASL for the month
• Learn that we were created to be connected to God. People were living incomplete lives separated from him, so God sent us a “hook" - Jesus!  

ACTIVITY: 

• Kids will learn how to draw baby Jesus in their Activity Book
• Kids will make a prayer ornament

MATERIALS:

• Activity book 
• Markers 
• 2 ornament halves
• Pencil
• Some small strips of paper (from home)
• A piece of string or paper clip (from home)
