Join us for a weekend away at a beautiful camp surrounded by trees and mountains on May 10-12, 2024
ACTIVITIES:
Indoor rock climbing ($), adventure zipline ($), high ropes ($), playground, hiking, board games, eating together, and sharing stories.
LOCATION:
Stillwood Camp and Conference Center - 44005 Watt Rd, Lindell Beach, BC V2R 4X9
WHAT TO BRING:
Sleeping bag or bedding, pillow, towel, toiletries, a pair of indoor shoes, a pair of outdoor shoes, Bible, pen, and notebook
ACCOMMODATIONS:
- Families registering will be assigned a private room in one of the lodges (4-8 rooms in a lodge). Bathrooms will be shared.
- Singles registering will be assigned a shared room with 3-6 others of the same gender.
- There is a limited amount of motel-like rooms available for an additional cost of $70/group. They include private entrance, 4 persons room, and bathroom. These rooms are available as an add-on option while quantities last.
- Early bird discount of $10/person can be applied by entering discount code "EARLY" until March 15th, 2024.
- If you have a group or family of 6 or more and would like to share the same room, please contact Ryan for some options.
- Tenting is also available.
MEALS:
- What is included: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner on Saturday, along with breakfast on Sunday. Snacks on Friday and Saturday evening.
- What is not included: You will need to get your own dinner on Friday the 10th and your own lunch on Sunday the 12th, which you will typically get on the way there and back.
TRANSPORTATION:
Everyone is ultimately responsible to find their own way of getting to Stillwood. If you are able to help drive people there, please select this option when registering. If you are struggling to find a ride, let us know and we can try to find a ride for you.
FINANCES:
If finances are in any way a challenge in attending the Weekend Away, we have limited scholarships available. Please do not hesitate to contact Ryan to discuss options.
