A few times a year we gather as a Tenth community for a contemplative prayer night.
We desire to grow in our understanding of God, and how to better hear His voice in our lives.
This evening we will be practising Imaginative Prayer with Dan Heavenor.
Dan Heavenor has been offering spiritual direction and leading spiritual retreats for over 17 years. A former pastor, Dan now offers spiritual direction part-time, as well as leading weekend retreats and facilitating courses on spirituality and prayer. His full-time job is driving a bus for Translink. His passion and calling is to walk with others as they seek after God, ask their questions and live their journey with God in all its complexity and uniqueness. Dan received his MDiv from Regent College and a Doctor of Ministry degree in Imaginative Prayer and Ignatian Spirituality at Carey. Dan is married to Andrea and they have four adult children and a foster grandchild.
