As a community, once a year on Good Seed Sunday we celebrate God as the Creator and Sustainer of our home on earth, God’s gift of creation to us, and our role as caretakers of creation. We invite you to reawaken to humanity's first vocation as stewards of the earth. In whatever way you can, join us in caring for creation.  The Psalmist declares, “the earth is the Lord’s, and everything in it.” (Psalm 24:1).

Many of our local and global mission partners take the call to care for creation very seriously.   One such partner that comes to mind is Village Works in Cambodia which not only is fair trade certified, but Anak and her team are passionate about stewarding our environment well by using upcycled, recycled  and natural materials in the products they create.

At Tenth, we are standing with VillageWorks over the next 3 years to provide coaching for their business and build capacity for their team.  One way you can support us and Village Works is by purchasing Just Bags.  Just Bags are ethically sourced,  lovingly created products put into bags created by Village Works, designed by Ana from our Global team.

Our Mother's Day line of Just Bag Bundles is available now and you can pick up yours Sunday May 5th after Mount Pleasant morning services in the Upper East Hall.

Preorder your Just Bag or Just Bag Bundle.

PS  In a Zoom meeting with Anak earlier this week, our team prayed for her as she was just leaving to speak on Green Business at the ASEAN Summit in Malaysia.
