Meghna Rao

As the Operations Adminstrator at Tenth, Meghna oversees the daily activities that uphold the church's mission and serve the community. Her work focuses on streamlining processes and ensuring the smooth operation of church facilities, rentals, and various projects. She believes that strong organizational practices are essential for creating a thriving church environment, and is passionate about fostering an inclusive atmosphere where everyone feels valued and connected.

Outside of her professional responsibilities, Meghna enjoys reading, travelling, and meeting new people—pursuits that help her recharge and stay inspired in her work. Her personal interests often intertwine with her faith, which she finds enriching. Born and raised in India, Meghna holds a Master's degree in Business Management.
