Edlyn Hiebert

Edlyn serves as the Executive Assistant to the Senior Pastor, Ken Shigematsu.  She really enjoys interacting with so many people, both from within the community as well as outside, while organizing speaking engagements and various appointments.  She loves supporting Ken’s ministry—doing the “behind the scenes” stuff, allowing him time to minister in the way God has gifted him to do.  No two days are the same—a day could include transcribing a sermon or picking rocks for a sermon prop!

She grew up in Manitoba, but after receiving a Bachelor of Religious Education from Providence College, she needed a new adventure and moved to BC. Edlyn currently enjoys the opportunity to be working in the church that has been her “home” church for many years. She’s seen many changes at Tenth over the years and is delighted to be involved in helping this growing, vibrant community. God is at work in the church and in her!
