The tribe of Pioneering Initiatives (a ministry of NOVO) is a strategic team of missionaries serving around the world, committed to pioneering new expressions of church that result from making discples of Jesus from among the harvest. The team in Málaga focuses on unified strategic prayer initatives, apprenticing, discipling, and mentoring local Spanish believers and those called vocational missions. They create platforms that allow them to know their neighbors, serve the community they live in, while finding those ready to recieve His invitation of "Come and follow me".
