In the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth. As creatures made in the image of God, we are called to take care of this world he created (Genesis 1:26-31; 2:15). The Psalmist declares, “the earth is the Lord’s, and everything in it.” (Psalm 24:1). At Tenth Church, we believe that we are called to participate with God in caring for His creation.
As a community, once a year on Good Seed Sunday we celebrate God as the Creator and Sustainer of our home on earth, God’s gift of creation to us, and our role as caretakers of creation. We invite you to reawaken to humanity's first vocation as stewards of the earth. In whatever way you can, join us in caring for creation.
