LESSON OBJECTIVES

KIDS WILL:

• Learn that God sends the Holy Spirit to his disciples through wind and fire  
• Learn that the Holy Spirit is a gift 

ACTIVITY: 

• Understand that the Holy Spirit arrived like rushing wind on the day of Pentecost 
• Explore power and effect of wind on pinwheels 

MATERIALS:

• 1 plastic pinwheel sheet 
• 1 connector 
• 1 straw
