A kingdom is a place where a king rules. He sets the tone for his kingdom. This month Jesus shows us what kind of king he is: our monarch didn't start out like a butterfly; he was first a caterpillar.

April highlights:

April 2: School Age kids will create beautiful Easter Butterfly Art to decorate the santuary.  Although we have some smocks, please have your children dress in mess-appropriate clothing as we'll be using alcohol ink!
April 9: Palm Sunday. The lesson involves getting bare-foot. Removable socks, rather than one piece tights, is recommended.
April 16: Easter Sunday!
April 23: Good Seed Sunday
April 30: Communion Lesson.

Our month long memory verse is:
"Here is what love is. It is not that we loved God. It is that he loved us and sent his Son to give his life to pay for our sins.” 1 John 4:10 (NIRV)
