Peace, Peace, Silent Night- Tenth Evening

Dear Families,

As promised, here is the music for our upcoming Tenth Kids, Evening performance on Dec 17. Arran Baird, Evening Worship Coordinator, thoughtfully arranged and recorded the song for us (click the green button below to download the file). The message of peace is a beautiful one for this time in our world and this time of year. It is a repetitive "Peace, Peace" chorus added to "Silent Night," which should be easy for the kids to learn. However, it will be made more complex as the "Peace, Peace" chorus will be layered with a "Silent Night" verse toward the middle. The kids should just practice along with Arran's voice.

The School Age Kids will lead the vocals from the beginning. Then the kids kindergarten age and younger will join with instruments during the musical interlude 3/4 of the way through. If the spirit leads them ;-) they can join in for the last chorus of "Peace, Peace..."

We will practice at Tenth Evening, but will rely on your practice of the song at home!
