Join us for a one-day course designed for those in the helping professions. The course will be held at Tenth Church. All welcome.
This course will give those who have responsibility for supervision of staff or volunteers a basic introduction to supervision and it’s practice. Participants will gain tools to be more effective supervisors and an overview of ethical and professional practice issues.
Outcomes include:
• Increased awareness of personal and professional strengths and areas for development
• Supervisors will better develop their own style or approach to supervision in their work context
Come learn from fellow community program coordinators and Lisa Paterson, Community Development Specialist.
